Product Details
1. Material: Sm, Co, Fe and Cu.
2. Technology: Utilizes Sm2Co17 magnet techniques and equipment such as high vacuum melting furnaces, automatic pressing machines.
3. Magnetic properties: With superior resistance to high temperature (maximum temperature reaches 350 cetigrade) When working at above 180 centigrade, its maximum energy product BH and temperature stability are superior than NdFeB magnet.
4. Grades: XGS24-XGS32, XGS24M-XGS32M, XGS24H-XGS30H, XGS22LT-XGS24LT.
5. Shapes and sizes: Ring, Cylinder, block, ring, ball or according to customers' request;
6. Applications: Sm2Co17 are used in electronic magnetron, magnetic transmission, magnetic treatment and magnistor

7.Due to its higher magnetic properties(higher Br,higher HCJ,and higher(BH)MAX,) lower temperature coefficient, higher working temperrature and excellent corrosion resistance, SmCo magnet is widely used in electron beam devices, high performance motors, sensors, and magnetic assemblies. It can not be replanced by other permanent magnets.

Incoming inspection => Mixing => Melting => Powder => Pressing => Sintering => Magnetic testing=> Shape processing => final Inspection => Magnetization => Packing&Shipping 

Packing and Shipping 

Packing: 
1. By Sea: They will be packed in a white box of pieces each, several boxes to a carton. (Detailed package quantity should be made upon the real products) 
2. By Air: If the goods will be shipped by air, all the magnetic should be degaussed and we will use Iron sheet to shield. 

Shipping: 
All available shipping ways could be applied, by courier, air or sea, better to choose by sea. 
1. By Sea: If the GW is over 50kg, we advise ship by sea when you are not urgent for the goods as the charge of ocean way is cheaper than by air. 

P. S Appointed shipping company or our own forwarders all could be used in shipment. 
2. By Air: If the good below 30kg, we advise to ship by air as we Newland signed a long-term agreement with Express (DHL, TNT, FedEx) and the best discount we can provide to you. 
3. Full-way tracking the cargos for you before the goods arrive 

Payment 
1. For small amount, our usual way of payment is 100% T/T in advance, Western Union or Papal. 
2. For large amount, we also could accept 30% prepayment before production, 70% after scanning copy of Bill of loading
